Our first FCHWC blog for donors and volunteers

October 1, 2018

AN INTRODUCTION

I am very excited to start our first blog for the Fuller Center for Housing Western Cape (FCHWC).

We have met so many new friends and volunteers in the month of September, 018.

The FCH Global Builders has made all the difference.

There is a vibrancy in the FCHWC that has not been there before.

From left to right: Maury, Dolly, Alex, Beth, Alex (Team Leader), Louis (President & CEO of FCHWC), Sally & Bob, at Cape Point, Cape Town, South Africa, where the two oceans meet.
Joe McBride and his Pioneering Team was the first to build in Cape Town, South Africa

The Pioneering FCH Global Builders did an excellent job, building a three bedroom home for an indigent family of four in Wesbank, Kuilsriver, Cape Town, despite the inclement winter weather.

Note the old house on the right (with orange wall) that will be included in the new house.

I have kept the introduction short because there is so much to say about the Pioneering FCH Global Team.

Please watch this space for the follow-up story.
