WHY DO WE HAVE POVERTY HOUSING PREDOMINANTLY IN MOST THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES?

 

We must understand the underlying reasons for poverty housing in South Africa, and why a broader understanding of poverty in South Africa and globally is needed.

 

What does an understanding of sustainable development in South Africa and globally has to do with poverty housing?

 

Why is economic development important to addressing the socio economic needs (such as affordable housing) of our nation as a whole?

 

Despite twenty years of democracy, why have the material conditions of most black people not change at all? Why is there such a big gap between the RICH (including many rich black people) and the POOR (predominantly black people) in South Africa.
