Building a better world, one house at a time!
What is the kind of home Fuller Center for Housing Western Cape will be building in the Cape Peninsula & later throughout the Western Cape
A TYPICAL ONE BEDROOM HOUSE, WITH LOUNGE, DINING ROOM, KITCHEN & BATHROOM THAT HAS BEEN BUILT BY THE FULLER CENTER FOR HOUSING WESTERN CAPE.
The FCHWC has succeeded to build a decent, adequately sized (40 square meters) family home for an indigent family in Bonteheuwel, The Cape Peninsula, consisting of One bedroom, a big lounge, a kitchen which would include a dining area and a reasonable sized bathroom.
We build such a home for about R 90,000 ($ 6,000 US) without the cost of the plot, which should not be smaller than 250 square meters.

The process we followed to build our first new house in Bonteheuwel, Cape Town from September 2015 until April, 2016
